How the Archive works
Every Daily stays in the Archive once its day has started, so a day you missed is never lost: open it here and play it whenever you like.
Each page shows one month, newest puzzle first, and the links beside the month's name and under the list step to the previous and next months.
A past puzzle plays just like the Daily, with the same rules, the same Undo, Hint and Reset, the timer and the result dialog.
Each line shows the puzzle's number, its day and its difficulty. Its status reads Play until you solve that puzzle in this browser; after that it shows a check and your best time. Today's Daily is marked Today and opens on the Daily page.
For the board everyone is playing today, go to the Daily; for a puzzle picked at random, try Unlimited.
FAQ
Can I play past queens games?
Yes, every past Daily is in the Archive, free and with no account. Choose a month, then open any line to play that puzzle.
Do past puzzles count toward my Streak?
Yes, solving a past puzzle counts toward your Streak for the UTC day on which you solve it, not the day it was the Daily. Your Streak is kept in this browser only.
How far back does the Archive go?
The Archive goes back to the very first Daily, from 1 January 2026. Follow the previous-month links, one month at a time, to reach it.
Can I replay a puzzle I already solved?
Yes, open its line again and the puzzle starts fresh, with an empty board and a new timer. Your best time changes only if the new solve is faster.
